This membership is designed to help protect your home, reduce unexpected repairs, and provide peace of mind through consistent, professional upkeep. Rather than reacting to issues after damage occurs, HomeGuard focuses on safety, preventive maintenance, and early detection, helping local homeowners stay ahead of costly repairs.

At each HomeGuard annual visit ANB will complete essential services and perform a property maintenance inspection with a full report.

Inspect HVAC filters, bathroom vent fans, and all return vents with filters inside the home. Report condition upon arrival prior to service.
Inspect all sink and shower drains for proper functionality.
Inspect fixtures and toilets for proper sealing and functionality.
Inspect the washing machine for leaks.
Inspect fridge waterline for leaks.
Inspect the dishwasher for signs of any leaks.
Inspect garbage disposal functionality and cleanliness.
Inspect the water heater for leaks.
Recommend unclogging, sealing, and/or cleaning as needed. Recommend any needed repairs or any necessary replacements.
Test and reset GFCI outlets in the home and check for proper function. Inspect all light fixtures inside and outside the home for functionality and damage. Recommend replacements as needed.
Report dryer vent condition upon arrival prior to service. Inspect the dryer screen compartment and both ends of the dryer vent hose along with its port connections.
Recommend replacing hose or port connections as needed.
Inspect all fire extinguishers for proper safety. Check pressure gauges, service tags, and the physical condition of the extinguishers. Recommend replacements as needed.
Test all smoke detectors for functionality. Recommend replacement detectors as needed.
Evaluate interior surfaces for water damage, cracks, peeling paint, and potentially unsafe conditions.
Inspect deck boards, joists (if accessible), handrails, steps, and supports for any damage or disrepair. Recommend repairs as needed.
Inspect gate functionality and fence condition.
Inspect gutters and downspouts for clogs. Recommend gutter cleaning if necessary.
Evaluate exterior surface, identify water damage, cracks, peeling paint, and unsecured or rotting material.
Inspect all door and window seals for drafts, air leaks, and weatherstripping integrity. Recommend replacing weatherstripping when necessary.
