My project involved, removing an old in the wall air conditioner, and replacing it with a new one. The project involved configuring the smaller unit to the extra space.  Both Nicole and Alex were very patient And professional. They were able to use their expertise and knowledge to professionally fill in the gaps and make the unit flush against the wall. They will return to finish up some small touchup things. Also, as a side note, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived on time and in matching clean uniforms and company caps. They were quite professional in appearance and in their work product.  They explain what they were gonna do and when they finished the project, they explained what they did. They cleaned up around the work site and hauled off the old unit. Both Nicole and Alex have accommodating and pleasing personalities. This is the second time that we have used ANB Paint & Repair (Alex) recently. The first time he repaired water damage from a furnace leak in the ceiling, wall & door frame. The second time was to repair stucco that had been damaged from calcium seepage on an outdoor wall. I am very pleased with the work done on our home by ANB Paint & Repair. ANB painted the retaining and foundation walls that hadn't been painted in 20 years. It was a 6.5 gallon of paint job. The walls were well prepped, the cutting was excellent as was the paint coverage, the job was done in the time allotted for the price quoted, and there wasn't a drop of paint on any of the surrounding surfaces. It was a perfect job. Alex and Nicole have considerable experience, very high standards, are very professional and a pleasure to work with.
