FAQ
What happens after I purchase the gift certificate?
You will receive two documents, a downloadable gift certificate and a PDF with a link to the scheduling form. Once the scheduling form is submitted, within 24-48 hours you will receive our contract to be signed digitally before we arrive on your scheduled date.
What if it goes over 4 hours?
We will work with the client upon arrival to discuss the items of priority, however, if there are items that go beyond the 4 hours (and the client would like to proceed) or if there were materials purchased, the remainder will be billed to whoever scheduled the work and signed our contract. We will communicate with the client our anticipated time to complete their projects and if any materials will need to be purchased prior to moving forward.
When does the gift certificate expire?
The gift certificate needs to be redeemed and work scheduled within one year.
What if they need something done I don’t see on your list?
Please give us a call (928-421-2330) or send us a message on our contact us page and we will let you know if it qualifies!
How do they schedule the work?
After you complete your purchase you will receive a PDF with the scheduling link, you can either pass this PDF along to the future client or you can schedule for them! Please note: If you schedule for the client and sign our contract, you will be responsible for any purchased materials (if needed) or time exceeded (approved by the client).
What if materials are needed?
If materials are needed (ex: new screen, hardware, batteries, etc.) the client can either provide materials or we will purchase them. An industry standard material handling fee of 1.5 will be applied to any materials purchased by ANB Paint & Repair, LLC and a separate invoive will be sent upon completion of the projects.
Is the gift certificate refundable?
No, the gift certificate is non-refundable and all sales are final.
